Today on Aaron's Music Club, we will take a trip far across the Pacific Ocean to the fine country of Japan. Once arriving, we will listen to the track "The Birdman" off of defunct garage rock phenomenon Thee Michelle Gun Elephant's 1997 album Chicken Zombies. Great rhythm section, great guitar licks, great gravelly, warbling lyrics that I can't understand: all of these conspire to create an excellent bluesy tune that will cast doubts upon the existence of your soul if you do not make an attempt to sing along or, at the very least, play air drums.
