Wǒ. I picked an easy one, because I didn't drink any tea today and am really tired. It's the first person singular pronoun. It means I and me. It's part of a couple of words, though.

自我 - zìwǒ means ego or self
自我批评 - zìwǒpīpíng means self-criticism
自我介绍 - zìwǒjièshào means self-introduction
我们 - wǒmen means we
